Carla Ruiz de Chávez
Existential Therapist
From a very young age, Carla Ruiz de Chávez felt a natural connection to the fine arts. Music, literature, and her inner world were as familiar as they were necessary. Self-knowledge wasn't a discovery in adulthood, but a constant concern that accompanied her from childhood and shaped her personal development.
During her adolescence, readings such as those of Simone de Beauvoir awakened in her a critical and open vision of the world, inspiring her with freedom of thought and the power of women to question, transform, and create.
Over time, and after a deep process of inner work guided by different teachers and philosophical currents, Carla gained professional training in various disciplines. She obtained certifications in yoga and meditation in India , worked in a women's rehabilitation center, and was recognized as a therapist in Existential Analysis and Therapy , specializing in the integration of group processes.
Since then, she has supported numerous women in spaces of support, transformation, and self-discovery.
Her sensitivity and integrative approach led her to co-create Imrama-Ra with three other female therapists: a deeply human project that seeks to open paths to healing through retreats and therapeutic experiences.
At Imrama-Ra , Carla puts her experience to work, creating spaces where silence, sound, and presence intertwine to touch deep chords. Her purpose is not only to facilitate transformative processes, but also to accompany each person's inner journey from a loving and authentic place.
