Valentina Castro
Integral Therapist
Valentina is the co-founder of Imrama-Ra , and for her, accompanying others in their transformation processes is not just a vocation, it's a profound privilege. Over the years, she has been there—containing, guiding, and sustaining with presence—as others discovered their own paths to healing and well-being. Her greatest driving force has always been service: that genuine impulse to be there for others, from the heart.
With 25 years of experience in the field of psychology, Valentina has had a solid and compassionate background. She has specialized in clinical psychopedagogy, neuropsychology, art therapy, thanatology, logotherapy, transpersonal psychology, ThetaHealing®, and Dr. Hamer's Five Biological Laws, and she continues to explore. Because her search never stops.
She has designed and facilitated workshops in both Mexico and the United States, always focusing on self-awareness and emotional regulation. Her priority: offering safe spaces where everyone can look inward without fear, with curiosity and self-love.
She has also volunteered in both countries, addressing complex realities such as domestic violence, migration, and the silent impact of mental and physical health on vulnerable communities. Her commitment to holistic well-being goes beyond therapy; it's about being there, listening, and supporting with genuine empathy.
Her own story took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Instead of giving up, she chose to reconnect with herself. That process—deep, raw, and transformative—led her to explore emotional, mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions. From this, her book "Reconnecting to Self-Healing: The Art of Advocating for Yourself" (currently being translated into Spanish) was born, where she shares not only her story but also the tools she found along the way.
That same path inspired her to create an online program called "Reconnecting with Your Self-Healing" designed for people living with chronic illnesses. A space for support, support, and light. Because, at the end of the day, that's her greatest desire: to touch lives, bring relief, and remind us that—although we sometimes forget it—we all carry within us an immense capacity for healing.
